Caregiver- is  a trained professional , who can assist  a Client with  Activities  of Daily Living : personal care , housekeeping,  cooking ,         personal laundry, shopping and companionship in his or her personal residence.
                     Duties of a caregivers may include:
 - Skin care;
 - Assistance with Ambulation ( walkers, canes, wheelchairs);
 - Bathing (shower, tub, sponge bath);
 - Dressing;
 - Exercise;
 - Feeding;
 - Hair care;
 - Mouth care;
 - Nail care;
 - Positioning (prevent pressure sores);
 -Toileting ( assistance with bed pans, urinals, commodes,catheters..);
 - Transfers ( use of gate belt);
 - Medication reminding ( preselected by client, a family member, a nurse ,or pharmacist);
 - Respiratory care (oxygen needs).
